Promoted by Landlink Estates, the site successfully achieved outline planning for 119 units (Phase 1) and detailed planning consent for 74 dwellings (Phase 2) . After a previously unsuccessful marketing exercise to sell the land, MCC were appointed by Landlink Estates to market , negotiate and sell both phases of development in one lot. Following a competitive tender and price negotiation, Persimmon Homes completed the purchase of the site in late 2020.
