We have a solid record of success and we are delighted to announce on behalf of our clients and our team the completion of two sites , Manor Road, Selsey (193 units) and Drove Lane, Yapton (300 units).

Congratulations also to Reside Developments Ltd  on securing unanimous approval at Planning Committee for 42 homes in the village of Eastergate. The scheme was highly commended by Planning Committee Members who believe it represents an exemplar scheme that should be used as a model across the District for future developments. Huge thanks to Reside and their team for all of their hard work on this project. A fantastic result in super quick time.
