MCC LAND HAVE A CONTINUAL SUPPLY OF LAND OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE TO OUR PREFERRED CLIENTS, SOURCING SINGLE PLOTS RIGHT THROUGH TO MAJOR LAND ALLOCATIONS.
We are also involved with a number of strategic sites in the South of England, acting exclusively for private vendors. The majority of our sites are placed quickly and efficiently with known reputable house-builders and developers. Land opportunities include introductions from individual landowners, land assembled syndicates, professional associates, intermediaries and companies wishing to trade land. We also identify and source development land with or without planning permission and provide a comprehensive professional service from start to finish. We believe that land transactions can only be fully successful if all parties trust the service provider; we act for all our clients on this basis, where confidentiality is the byword. The three main areas of our operation are focused on the following:
Land assembly & negotiation - Small to medium sites of 1 to 100 units. We operate across the South of England, sourcing land opportunities, which are negotiated towards a successful planning outcome, before being sold on behalf of the client.
Discreet inter-trading between companies - Medium to large sites of 50 to 300 units. We provide clients with a confidential service, which allows them to trade land on the terms they require without outwardly going to the market. We generally dispose of 200 to 400 plots per annum in this way.
Strategic promotions - Major land releases & new settlements of 500 to 3000 units. We assist major landowners throughout the promotional process, liasing with other property professionals, such as town planners, architects & developers. In all instances the aim is to maximise land potential and offer the client sound, unbiased advice.
When it comes to making a land disposal for a client, we will organise and monitor the entire process, liaising with the client at every stage. As part of our commitment to a professional service, we also produce all sales particulars, tender packs and associated documentation, utilising our in-house design team, MCC Creative.
