Q. How much will it cost me to discuss my land with MCC?

A. Nothing. We will happily come and meet with you to discuss your land and its potential totally free of charge with no obligation.
Q. Am I obliged to sell my land through MCC land following my initial consultation?

A. No. Our initial appraisal is carried out totally free of charge and without any obligation. We will leave the decision over whether you would like to proceed with us entirely up to you, but would hope that following our meeting you see that, if and when you do sell your land, we offer a service unlike any other firm.
Q. Are MCC Land estate agents?

A. Definitely not. Our sole priority is to provide a comprehensive, bespoke land service.
Q. Why should I instruct MCC Land to dispose of my land holdings for me?

A. At MCC Land our sole service revolves around residential development land. We are not estate agents and do not have any involvement in new homes sales. This allows us to provide a comprehensive, targeted, bespoke land service that we believe to be second to none.

Q. How is the service provided by MCC land different to other companies?

A. We understand that each land opportunity is unique. No one site has exactly the same set of factors, and so a land service has to be flexible. Our service will be tailored to you and will not only take into account the specific requirements of the individual piece of land, but also be completely bespoke to the needs and wishes of our client.
Q. How will MCC deal with the marketing my land?

A. As discussed above, early on we would identify the true potential of the land, and tailor a package to suit both landowner and site. We understand that each land opportunity will require a different method of disposal. We realise that by simply flooding the market with an opportunity, best value is not always achieved. Our client database allows us to pinpoint the developers who will be most likely to make a specific type of purchase at any one time. This produces an efficient service and ensures the land opportunity remains confidential.
Q. Do MCC Land only deal with major Plc developers?

A. No. MCC Land has a wide range of approved developer clients from local builders right through to major national house builders. This allows us to successfully place land opportunities that range from single plots through to major strategic land allocations. Q. How do I know that a developer will perform once a deal is struck?

A. This can never be totally guaranteed. However, at MCC Land we will only recommend a purchaser that has a proven track record in land transactions with ourselves. We are constantly updating our client database and expect all of our developer clients to abide by our strict code of conduct where we hold reputation and integrity above all else.
