Having graduated from Exeter University, Will began his property career working in agency in West Sussex, where he developed an in-depth knowledge of the residential sales arena and honed his expertise in land negotiation. Since joining MCC in 2003 Will has driven the land department, where he initially concentrated on land assembly in Sussex and Hampshire, developing a wide range of clients ranging from local developers through to national house-builders. Recent work has been involving a number of major housing associations and large off-market land disposals between major PLCs.
