Rob has been in the residential property sector in both private practice and at corporate director level since 1972 and Rob and Chris first worked together in the Midlands some twenty years ago. Land and new homes has always been a major area of expertise, being the key growth driver for a healthy property market. Since 2000 he has been totally focused on land sourcing from single plots through to strategic land acquisition in the South of England. His in depth knowledge of the property market both on a local and regional basis, as well as a wide network of contacts, maintains a constant flow of land leads and referrals.
