Having come from a planning background, Brian has now worked in the house building industry for over 35 years, buying land both for immediate development and for strategic promotion. Independent consultancy was a natural progression, given the nature and scope of the work he had undertaken for a number of well-known companies during that time. He now assists with the company’s strategic land matters, working alongside various major landowners.
