The Team
Chris is the founding member of MCC. He joined the business in 1964 running a successful estate agency for 15 years. He subsequently entered the new homes arena working for various major property companies across Southern England and the Midlands at director-level, before identifying the niche sector that MCC now occupies. His roles within the company centre on client liaison & business generation, as well as major land negotiation work.
Dan joined the industry in the mid-1990s working with building contractors in Surrey and South London. He subsequently went through the Bryant Homes graduate training scheme, as well as complimenting this with a degree in construction. He helped Chris set up MCC in 2000 and is now driving the development consultancy, acting for a variety of clients, including developers, investors and RSLs.
Having graduated from Exeter University, Will began his property career working in agency in West Sussex, where he developed an in-depth knowledge of the residential sales arena and honed his expertise in land negotiation. Since joining MCC in 2003 Will has driven the land department and now provides opportunities to a wide range of clients primarily focusing on the Home Counties.
Rob has been in the residential property sector in both private practice and at corporate director level for nearly 30 years. Land and new homes has always been a major area of expertise and since 2000 Rob has been focused on land sourcing from single plots through to strategic land acquisition in the South of England from our Southampton office.
Katie joined MCC in 2011 from a Top 100 law firm where she was a major part of the planning team with a particular focus on residential development. Katie has extensive experience within the South East and has acted on behalf of a range of national, regional and local housebuilders and developers. Katie also acts for landowner clients, for whom she provides a bespoke planning service tailored to their individual needs.
The creative team is headed by Saskia, who has gained a wide spectrum of skills during her 14 years in the industry. Saskia is responsible for all creative work and as a result has a hands on relationship with the studio throughout all projects from conception to implementation. Her understanding of brand development coupled with a practical skill base enables the design team to maintain the vision of each project so that it communicates clearly and consistently.
