Katie Lamb joins MCC as Planning Director
The McLaren Clark Group are pleased to announce the appointment of Katie Lamb as Planning Director. Katie joins MCC from a Top 100 law firm where she was Senior Planner with particular focus on residential development. Katie has 7 years of experience as a planning consultant within the South East and has acted on behalf of a range of national, regional and local housebuilders, developers and landowners. With the added depth of a planning department, MCC now provide a fully independent, professional service including development consultancy, town planning and land agency.
After just 6 months, the team are seeking to expand the planning department and will be recruiting an additional Planner in 2012. Chris McLaren-Clark, Managing Director, commented that “bringing Katie on board has increased our breadth of knowledge, experience and technical capabilities and we are now able to provide a complete service to all our clients, offering commercial and professional advice from site identification through to the granting of planning permission.
